Join the team
As a licensed provider, you and your team could help to deliver fundamental movement skills in both schools and the local community, throughout the year.
You could become a funetics provider via a number of licence options:
- School licence
- Curriculum licence
- Community licence
For our England Athletics Affiliated Clubs, we have a dedicated package just for you, to alleviate junior waiting lists or create new junior sections.
Current licence opportunities
Our opportunities for providers looking to purchase a funetics licence are shown below.
funetics school licence
With a school licence, you will be given a geographical area (80-100 schools) to deliver funetics in primary school settings during breakfast, curriculum and after-school clubs.
The package includes:
- 3 coaches trained as funetics coaches
- 4 volunteers trained as funetics leaders (14+)
- 3 sets of funetics apparel
- 3 funetics equipment bags
- Digital platform, including your own micro-site
- Onboarding and marketing support
Cost: 4 year licence: £5100 (plus VAT)
funetics community licence
With a community licence you will be given a geographical area to deliver funetics in community settings at evenings and weekends in up to four identified locations.
The package includes:
- 2 coaches trained as funetics coaches
- 4 volunteers trained as funetics leaders (14+)
- A funetics equipment bag
- Digital platform, including your own micro-site
- Onboarding and marketing support
Cost: 4 year licence: £2250 (plus VAT)
funetics curriculum licence

To become a funetics provider you need to have the following in place:
- Access to a coaching team
- Access to primary schools or community venues/facilities in your local area
For School Licence providers coaches must be a:
- Level 2 NGB sport qualified coach
- Athletics coach / Coach in Running Fitness
- Level 3 fitness qualification
Support from the funetics team
• Coach or teacher training available via a dedicated funetics training course with flexible training packages including: online, or face-to-face group training
• Schemes of work, lesson plans, training plans and activity cards to help deliver sessions
• Provider kit and equipment package
• Comprehensive onboarding process and support to help get started
• Administration support including: digital training and access to all apps, and quality assurance
• Marketing support including access to the funetics marketing hub to help you promote your funetics sessions, with support from our funetics ambassadors
