Design a "funetics Rainbow Medal with KJT" Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition aim is to recognise the amazing work of our Superhero Key Workers while enjoying the free of charge funetics Home School Pack.

This competition asks parents or teachers or carers to submit an entry on behalf of their child or children. Please note the child / children cannot enter the competition directly. The child (children) must be aged between 4-11 years.

The competition entry involves:
- The parent or teacher or carer to download the ‘Design a funetics Rainbow Medal’ activity sheet.
- Each child to complete the design in this activity sheet. Only one design is permissible per child
- The parent or teacher takes a picture of the Rainbow Medal design and shares it with England Athletics on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter using the hashtag #BetterTogether or by sending in an email to [email protected]
- The entry must be submitted by 22nd May, 2020
- This competition entries i.e. the Rainbow Medal designs will be judged by Katarina Johnson-Thompson

The prizes are as follows but could change at the discretion of England Athletics:
The winning child will receive:
- A video call from Katarina Johnson-Thompson at a date and time to be determined and at the discretion of Katarina Johnson-Thompson and England Athletics
- A funetics goodie bag which includes a cap, t-shirt, water bottle

One parent or teacher of the winning child will receive:
- Enertor insoles,
- A set of Aftershokz headphones
- And a £50 DW Fitness First Sports Voucher
For 5 runner up children each will receive a funetics goody bag. 
The winner and the runners-up will be notified by telephone w/c June 1st, 2020

No entries into competitions or offers from agents, third parties, organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will not be accepted.

Responsibility is not accepted for entries or submissions lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure.

The parent / teacher or carer must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age of winners/claimants, and their nominated co-recipient(s) where applicable, may be required.

Katarina’s decision will be validated by England Athletics but thereafter the decision is final.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances England Athletics reserve the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

If the prizes are unclaimed after a reasonable time, it will lapse and England Athletics reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to an alternative winner selected by England Athletics (not Katarina Johnson-Thompson) from the remaining valid entries. The length of ‘reasonable time’ will usually be one week but this may vary at the discretion of England Athletics.

The winners parent / teacher may be required to participate in publicity arising from the competition they have entered.

By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of the competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
